Alfa Fibrocar 1900

Unique Fibrocar with an Alfa Romeo engine, this car was built by the brothers Wim and Tom Sol, garage owners in Brussels, between 1957 and 1959. Everything is handmade, from the chassis to the polyester bodywork. After being lost from sight for several decades (Tom Sol was told that it was in the USA at a Corvette collector's), it underwent a total rebuild here in 2012. Its Alfa 1900 engine is fitted with twin Weber twin-body carburettors.
