  • Aim for quality and reliability of the vehicle.

  • Be aware that the best is the enemy of the good.

  • Ensure a 24-48 hour response time to emails. Administrative work and workshop work are not easily compatible.

  • Be punctual for appointments agreed upon.

  • Do not be impatient and accept that restoration takes time.

  • Be aware that the money invested in a renovation sometimes exceeds the value of the object.

  • Respect the work of the craftsman: every effort will be made to approach the expected result and any work will be invoiced.

  • Do not discuss a price: there are no discounts, credits or deferred payments. Prices and payment methods are established and communicated in this sense and are not open to discussion.

  • Accepting the advertised payment methods. All work, including research, is prepaid. Any breakdown service, on board or on site, must be paid for.

  • Accept that no order leaves the workshop without having been fully paid for.
